As Sparkassenstiftung Türkiye (DSIK Türkiye), we are supporting new graduates in finding their own individual answers for their purpose in life. We support young people to start their career and to master their transition from education to employment. With our Employability Training Module and its tools and resources, students can discover their own preferences and the areas in which they can best perform. It supports students to design their career path by identifying their dreams for the future. We are ready to help young people to improve their self-confidence before applying for a job and prepare them for entering the business world.
